The Health Scholarship was established for applicants interested in pursuing a career in the health and related health care studies at a two- or four-year institution of higher learning.  Thank you for your interest in the GFWC-WI Health Scholarship.  Complete the application form by saving it to your computer and opening it in Microsoft Word.
